Doctor Smoke fills us a prescription of molten riffacilin. Warning: Highly addictive. Side effects may include euphoria, bewilderment and extreme content. Smooth elixir of melodic groove with a sinister harmony. Take daily, unlimited refills. Bucky
I can’t believe I’m just now finding this band. I lucked into finding them by reading an old interview with The Skull members Eric Wagner, Ron Holzner, and Jeff Olson (All three formerly of Trouble, too). They’ve been broken up for almost a decade now. Such a shame; they should have and still should be HUGE! The vocalist has some amazing pipes! If you listen to the first song and don’t buy it, it’s quite possible you have zero taste when it comes to heavy music. Jason Gilbert
An amazing album 👍🏻
It took me a while to get into Boss Keloid’s groove. I knew intellectually that it was my kinda music but I didn’t take to Melted On The Inch like I thought I would. I think listening to lots of modern jazz limbered me up! This is really complicated prog rock with heavy ass guitars added for street cred. I’m so happy that anyone might consider this band cool. They’re fucking cool to me but music like this has been vilified in the past. All hail the new Gentle Giant! Crinklechips
